He tackles challenges such as:
· Having a clear business growth strategy.
· Selling on value rather than price.
· Increasing margins in top 10 accounts.
· Increasing prices without loss of business.
· Generating a consistent flow of profitable new business.
· Negotiating improved value into every deal.
· Proposals & presentations that have real impact and get results.
· How customer service teams can add real value.
David’s belief is that training and development is only useful if it delivers bottom-line results and that improving profits is dependent on the collective skills and focus of everyone in a business.
So, that's David - oh and by the way, his favourite mode of initial communication is to talk on the phone so do give him or any one of us a call on 0113 289 2686 or email for a call-back - we'd be delighted to have a discussion about your training and development needs and challenges (free and no-obligations of course!). We look forward to hearing from you!
